If your order seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then from different warehouses depending on availability of stock. your item will be delivered as a separate order.

I received a faulty item.

All items get checked by our processing team before being sent off to our customers, If you believe an item you received is faulty please contact us immediately (within 24 hrs of receiving your parcel) at support@TrendzPeak.com If 24 hrs have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. please be prepared to send a photos/video of the item you received.
